HUGE MODERNICA SELECTION, 10% OR MORE OFF
THOUSANDS OF NEW ITEMS AVAILABLE AT ACME!
While Acme has a wide selection of vintage furniture, we also carry several lines of new furniture and home goods originally designed in, or inspired by, the mid-century period. Most notably, Acme is an authorized retailer for Modernica, the renowned Los Angeles, California company that has for over two decades manufactured some of the highest quality and most iconic furniture and home accessories.
Acme’s Modernica mini-showroom and design studio features sample furniture, ceramics, and lighting, along with samples and swatches of the many fabric, metal, fiberglass, and wood finishes available in the customization process. We have some representative floor samples, including a Grasshopper Chair and Ottoman, a Case Study 220 Storage/Media Unit, several fiberglass chairs, more.
Modernica manufactures desks, tables, bedroom furniture, sofas and daybeds, chairs, storage, and outdoor furniture. The amazing number of customization options allows customers to obtain exactly what best fits their needs. In the famous Case Study Fiberglass Chair line, for example, there are over 4000 potential customized options, given the various fiberglass colors, base options, wood and metal finish choices, and upholstery elements.
As an authorized dealer for Modernica’s various furniture lines, we can special-order a wide variety of custom colors, materials, sizes, and configurations to suit your needs. We have samples in our stores, along with fiberglass and fabric swatches, and are available to assist you in customizing the many options available to best suit your decor and functional needs.

I had an opportunity to visit and tour Modernica’s facility in Los Angeles a couple of years ago, and was very impressed by the craftsmanship, expansive options, and pride evidenced by its workforce. Here are a few snapshots of this great facility:
