Designed by Michael Lax in 1965, this lamp is featured in the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA).  In 2003, for their 100th anniversary, the manufacturer, Lightolier, brought back a commemorative edition of the long-discontinued Lytegem.  The anniversary edition of the Lytegem features the same design as the 1965 classic, and incredibly cool packaging based on the original.  We were fortunate to obtain a large batch of black new, unopened “new old stock” Lytegems — the proverbial “back of the warehouse find!”  $125 each, new in original box. Lamp features HIGH and LOW settings and comes with 2 bulbs as well as the wall-mount hardware. Available at the Acme King Street store or online.  These are “A-minus” grade, with a slight cosmetic blemish on the right side of the base, due to packing materials rubbing against the lamp (discounted from the normal price of $145).  Volume discounts available when purchasing three or more lamps — call us for additional information.
